THE FRONT PORCH CLOSING®:
This contact-free, on-site closing coordinates the borrower identification, package delivery, signing witnessing, package pick-up and notarization using safe distancing standards. We’ve already performed hundreds of these.
AVIA® (AUDIO VIDEO IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION) CLOSING
For states that allow remote notarizations, our AVIA closing uses a virtual signing room for witnessing the wet-signing by the borrower. The signing agent then picks up the loan package and notarizes it.
Limited Powers of Attorney Closing
