Introducing our new direct deposit notary payment system.

We deeply appreciate our notaries and realize we wouldn’t be among the top title settlement agencies in the country without their diligence and professionalism.

We are always looking for ways to make it easier and more beneficial for notaries to join our notary network.  That’s why we are upgrading our notary payment processing by switching from paper checks to direct deposit. This move will help reduce our carbon footprint, save time and money on processing, minimize errors and, best of all, ensure our notaries receive payment as quickly as possible.

The new system will be up and running on January 1st.  New and existing notaries will need to set up direct deposit no later than January 4, 2021.

 It is very easy:

  1. Request an ACH intake form from accounting@thecloserllc.com. Fill in your name, SnapDocs Notary ID, email address and bank information.
  2. Once completed, email the form back to accounting@thecloserllc.com.
  3. After setup is compete for direct deposit and payment is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation (sample below) for each pay period stating the amount of payment for your completed files.
